How freight delivery works
  1. Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
  2. Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
  3. Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
  4. Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right

Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

• All made-to-order products are manufactured based on the specifications selected at checkout.
• Because each item is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
• Made-to-order and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• By placing your order, you confirm that the selected size, finish, model, and configuration are correct.

LIMITED DEFECT COVERAGE

We stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

To qualify for review, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A short description of the defect

If the claim is approved, repair or replacement may be arranged at our discretion. This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

Failure to inspect the shipment or report damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for repair, replacement, or claim support.

What is included in the Videl Maestro 112L BBQ island?

The Videl Maestro 112L includes the Gran Fuego 42 grill, a Fuego Vivo side burner, 42" double doors, a triple access drawer, a single access door and an integrated countertop sink, in an L-shaped island measuring 112" x 30" x 36". The Gran Fuego 42 has five burners, including an infrared burner, rated at 114,000 BTU.

What utilities does the Videl Maestro 112L need?

The Maestro 112L needs a gas supply for the grill and side burner plus a water supply and drain for the sink. Both appliances run on natural gas or liquid propane. There is no refrigerator on this model, so electrical needs are minimal. Hire a licensed gas professional and plumber, and plan utility runs before delivery.

How is the Maestro 112L different from the Maestro 112L B?

The Maestro 112L and 112L B share the same 112" L-shaped layout, Gran Fuego 42 grill, side burner, sink and storage. The Maestro 112L B adds a compact refrigerator and a built-in fire pit. Choose the 112L if you want a simpler island without electrical needs, or the 112L B for cold storage and a fire feature.
