A Sweaty Yeti is a factory-built modular outdoor wellness structure designed for residential and commercial properties. Depending on the model, it can include a traditional sauna, changing area, cold plunge room, barrel plunge or fitness space. The completed structure is delivered and placed on a prepared foundation, with final utility connections completed on site.

Current listed prices in this collection range from $29,700 for the base Sweaty Yeti Sauna to $55,200 for the Sauna Plus Barrel Plunge. The final written project total depends on the model, selected upgrades, delivery distance, property access, engineering needs and any special placement equipment. The deposit shown on an eligible product page is paid through secure Shopify checkout and credited toward the listed project price. It starts the order, site and delivery review without charging the full balance at checkout. The remaining balance is requested separately and is not charged automatically.

Under Sweaty Yeti’s current published process, the remaining balance is normally due within 10 business days of the deposit. The deposit is not an installment plan; financing is a separate option subject to approval and applicable lender terms.

A project specialist contacts you to confirm the selected model, finishes, heater and available upgrades. The review also covers the proposed location, foundation, electrical or plumbing requirements, delivery route, property access and whether a crane or other special equipment may be necessary. Project-specific costs are confirmed in writing before the remaining balance is requested.

The structure needs a suitable, level foundation prepared before delivery. Depending on the model, electrical requirements can range from a 20-amp 120V connection to as much as an 80-amp 240V connection. Models with showers or plunges may also need water and drainage planning. Licensed local contractors should complete the final utility work, and the purchaser is responsible for applicable local permits, zoning, setbacks and HOA requirements.

Standard delivery is coordinated by truck and trailer, and the unit is placed on the prepared foundation. Restricted access or a longer placement distance may require a crane or other equipment at an additional cost. Local contractors complete the final electrical, water and drainage connections. Production and delivery timing depend on the selected model, options, site readiness and current factory schedule.

Sweaty Yeti’s current published terms state that down payments are fully refundable for five days after receipt and become nonrefundable afterward. Sweaty Yeti structures are covered according to the manufacturer’s limited warranty, which its published terms describe as transferable and available upon request. The final purchase documents and applicable manufacturer warranty control the specific coverage, exclusions and claim requirements.
