How buying a Sweaty Yeti works

  1. Consultation: we check your property, use and budget.
  2. Choose model and upgrades from the published price list on each product page.
  3. 10% deposit: paid through our secure checkout and credited toward the purchase price.
  4. Delivery review: Sweaty Yeti checks transportation and site access for your address, usually within 4–5 days, and confirms your final price. If delivery isn't feasible, or Sweaty Yeti declines the order, the deposit is refunded in full.
  5. Remaining 90%: due once your final price is confirmed, invoiced directly by Sweaty Yeti. Materials are ordered once it is received.
  6. Build, delivery and orientation: your unit is built and inspected in Utah, set on your prepared foundation, and we give you an owner orientation.

How Sweaty Yeti structures are built

  • Heat: HUUM Steel electric heater with HUUM UKU controller, temperature sensor and high-limit safety device.
  • Sauna interior: tongue-and-groove cedar floor, walls and ceiling; sealed wood-tile flooring.
  • Cold plunge: equipment by Plunge (tub, circulation pump, filter, chiller).
  • Insulation: R-13 walls, R-30 ceiling, R-30 floor, with Tyvek house wrap or equal.
  • Exterior: board-and-batten fiber-cement siding and lifetime architectural shingles as standard; metal or cedar upgrades available.
  • Frame: pressure-treated floor joists 24″ on center, 2×4 walls with full OSB sheathing, 30 lb PSF roof live load (higher snow load available).
