Haven Outdoor Kitchens: Modular Aluminum Islands Made in the USA

Haven Outdoor kitchens are modular, all-aluminum outdoor kitchen islands designed for Artisan built-in grills and Artisan doors, drawers and trash centers. Each kitchen is built from a base, a countertop and a 24" accessory panel, sized for either a 32" or 36" Artisan grill.

Haven Outdoor is a family-owned company in Winter Haven, Florida. Its kitchens are manufactured in the USA from domestically sourced materials, using 100% aluminum construction, including hardware, with a triple-layered powder coat. Haven states its finishes are tested by a third-party lab to industry standards.

"Concrete" and "Graphite Black" are countertop color names, not materials: every Haven countertop is powder-coated aluminum, so there is no stone to seal and no masonry to pour.

The Haven Range: Bases, Countertops and Accessory Panels

Haven's Gen-2 line comes in two island sizes, a 6 ft (72") and an 8 ft (96") kitchen. You choose a base color, a countertop color and how to use the 24" accessory bay.

How to Choose Your Haven Kitchen

Start with the grill. The 72" kitchen fits the Artisan Professional 32" or American Eagle 32"; the 96" kitchen fits the Artisan Professional 36" or American Eagle 36". All Haven Gen-2 kitchens place the grill on the left.

Assembled with the countertop, both kitchens stand 36-9/16" high and 30" deep. The 72" base has a 38" grill section and a 24" accessory section. The 96" base adds a 19" trash center section between them, for 40" + 19" + 24".

Then choose the 24" bay. A blank panel gives a clean front; the cut-out panels add a trash center, a 17" access door or a 17" two-drawer unit. On the 96" kitchen the trash center already has its own section, so most owners pick a door or drawer panel there.

Planning a Complete Haven Outdoor Kitchen

A Haven kitchen is ordered as separate parts, and the grill, doors and appliances shown in Haven photos are sold separately. A complete kitchen includes:

  • One Haven kitchen base (72" or 96") in Pebble Gray or Charcoal
  • The matching Haven countertop in Concrete or Graphite Black
  • One Artisan 32" or 36" built-in grill, LP or NG
  • Under-grill Artisan double doors or a door/drawer combo
  • For the 96" kitchen: the required Artisan 15" Trash Center ARTP-TC-15SC
  • One Haven 24" accessory panel, plus the Artisan component it is cut for

Assembly, Leveling and Where You Can Install It

Haven kitchens ship knocked down (flat) and assemble on site with a laser-cut slot-and-cleat system. Haven states assembly takes 30–60 minutes on average with a power drill or driver, Phillips bit, rubber mallet, level and 9/16" wrench or socket.

Each kitchen order includes 100 screws, an Allen wrench and 4 storm tie-down straps (patio fasteners not included). Adjustable leveling legs are pre-installed on every vertical support, and the 14-1/2" x 4" vents on the sides and grill-section back help with ventilation.

Because the kitchens are lightweight and modular, Haven notes they suit decks, patios, rooftops, balconies and pool areas, and can be disassembled and re-installed if you move.
