A fully equipped outdoor sauna, planned for your property
Genevas creates luxury outdoor saunas in South Estonia using cross-laminated timber (CLT), expansive glazing and clean Nordic design. Built for year-round use, each sauna combines a dedicated sauna room with thoughtfully designed spaces for cooling down and relaxing.
Choose the compact Zermatt, with a sauna and lounge in a 78-square-foot footprint, or the larger St. Moritz, which adds a private shower room within 132 square feet. Both accommodate up to five people. Select a model to explore its features and starting price, then request a personalized quote for your preferred configuration, delivery and site requirements.

Genevas outdoor sauna questions
Clear answers about models, pricing, delivery, site preparation and the quotation process.
What is a Genevas sauna?
Genevas is an Estonian maker of premium outdoor saunas. Its modular designs use structural CLT construction, insulated double-glazed tempered glass and fully equipped interiors designed for all-season use.
What is the difference between Zermatt and St. Moritz?
Zermatt is the more compact option: 78 square feet with a sauna room and separate lounge. St. Moritz offers 132 square feet and includes a sauna room, lounge and private shower room. Both are designed for up to five people.
How much does a Genevas outdoor sauna cost?
Genevas currently advertises U.S. prices from $27,900. The final project price depends on the model, finishes, heater, delivery method and property access. We keep the starting price visible and confirm the complete amount in a personalized quote before you place an order.
What is included in the price?
Genevas states that its saunas are fully equipped with a premium heater, interior benches, lighting, windows, doors and foundation drawings. Exact equipment and finishes vary by model and configuration, so your quotation will itemize the applicable inclusions.
Will my sauna arrive fully assembled?
Most Genevas saunas can be delivered fully assembled and placed on a prepared foundation. Flat-pack delivery may be available when access is limited. The best delivery format is confirmed after your property access and placement location are reviewed.
How long do production and delivery take?
Genevas estimates approximately 10 to 16 weeks from order confirmation for construction and delivery. Timing can vary by model, customization, season and destination, and will be reviewed with you before the order is finalized.
What site preparation is required?
A suitable prepared foundation is required; common options include a concrete slab or screw piles. Most electric heaters require a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician, and a St. Moritz shower requires water and drainage connections. Local zoning, setback, permit and HOA rules remain the property owner's responsibility. A crane or extended-reach forklift may also be needed when access is restricted.
How does the quote process work?
Requesting a quote does not place an order or charge a payment. We first confirm your model, preferred options, project location and site access. You then receive the project price and applicable payment terms for review before deciding whether to proceed.
What warranty does Genevas provide?
Genevas states that its saunas include a two-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Review the current written warranty and the warranty terms for individual components before purchase.
