Chic Home Deco operates as an online retail platform and authorized reseller. We do not manufacture the products sold on the Site.

6. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT

Order Acceptance

An order is not accepted until:

  • You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

Accepted payment methods include those enabled by Shopify at checkout.

7. CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for products that are:

  • Personalized

  • Customized

  • Made-to-order

  • Produced specifically based on customer selections

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order for a personalized or customized product is placed:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It cannot be modified

  • It cannot be returned or exchanged

By placing such an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept this condition.

8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping methods, carriers, lead times, and delivery options vary by product and brand.

Key points:

  • Delivery dates are estimates only

  • White-glove delivery, installation, or setup are not guaranteed unless expressly stated

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable law

Customers must inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage or errors within the timeframe specified on the product page or brand policy.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Return eligibility varies by product and brand.

General Rules

  • Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable

  • Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable

  • Eligible returns must comply with the applicable product-specific policy

Where a product page or manufacturer policy differs from a general store policy, the product-specific terms control.
