Skip the garage conversion. These Sweaty Yeti studios arrive as finished, insulated 8′ × 17′ modules with commercial-grade flooring, built to order in Spanish Fork, Utah. The Sauna Fit adds a 4–6 person cedar sauna beside the training space. Workout equipment is not included.

Built for training

  • Envelope: R-13 walls, R-30 ceiling and floor; fiber-cement siding; lifetime architectural shingles.
  • Comfort upgrades: single-zone mini-split heating and cooling (+$6,640), ceiling fan (+$818), Bluetooth speakers (from +$1,809), knotty cedar ceiling in the fit room (+$1,045).
  • Light: window packages from +$1,985 on the 8′ × 17′ footprint.

How ordering works

Sweaty Yeti models start with a 10% deposit through our secure checkout. The deposit is credited toward the purchase price. Sweaty Yeti then reviews transportation and site access for your address, usually within 4–5 days, and confirms your final price; the remaining 90% is due at that point and materials for your build are ordered once it is received. If delivery to your property is not feasible, or if Sweaty Yeti declines the order, the deposit is refunded in full.

Is gym equipment included?

No. The Fit Studio and Sauna Fit are delivered as finished rooms; workout equipment is not included.

Can a backyard gym be heated and cooled?

Yes. A single-zone mini-split is a listed upgrade at $6,640. It needs its own 60 A connection.

What's the difference between the Fit Studio and the Sauna Fit?

The Fit Studio uses the whole 8′ × 17′ module as a workout room. The Sauna Fit splits it into a workout room and a 4–6 person cedar sauna.

What electrical service does the Sauna Fit need?

60 A service as standard, or 80 A with a mini-split, installed by a licensed electrician. Fit Studio service is confirmed per plan.
