What's in the plunge room
The Sauna Plunge and Plunge Max use cold plunge equipment by Plunge: tub, circulation pump, filter, chiller, inlet and drain/fill valve. Plunge and fit areas are finished with continuous commercial-grade sheet flooring in grey stone, and the floor drain handles runoff. Floors are not sloped toward the drain, so a quick squeegee after use keeps them dry.
Planning utilities for a cold plunge cabin
- Electrical: 70 A standard for the Sauna Plunge and Sauna Plus Barrel Plunge, 80 A with a mini-split. Licensed electrician required.
- Water: a garden hose or permanent plumbing to fill the plunge; a qualified installer for any permanent connection.
- Drainage: plan where water goes when the tub is drained or the floor is cleaned.
- Freezing climates: follow Sweaty Yeti's winterization procedure; freeze damage is not covered by the warranty.
How ordering works
Sweaty Yeti models start with a 10% deposit through our secure checkout. The deposit is credited toward the purchase price. Sweaty Yeti then reviews transportation and site access for your address, usually within 4–5 days, and confirms your final price; the remaining 90% is due at that point and materials for your build are ordered once it is received. If delivery to your property is not feasible, or if Sweaty Yeti declines the order, the deposit is refunded in full.

Can I get a sauna and cold plunge in one structure?
Yes. The Sweaty Yeti Sauna Plunge combines a 4–6 person sauna with a separate cold plunge room in one 8′ × 17′ module, and the Sauna Plus Barrel Plunge pairs a sauna with a barrel plunge room.
Who makes the cold plunge equipment?
The Sauna Plunge and Plunge Max use equipment by Plunge, including the tub, circulation pump, filter and chiller.
Can the barrel plunge also be heated?
Yes. Adding cold and heat to the barrel tub on the Sauna Plus Barrel Plunge is a listed upgrade at $364.
What electrical service does a sauna and cold plunge cabin need?
The Sauna Plunge and Sauna Plus Barrel Plunge need 70 A service as standard, or 80 A with a mini-split. Plunge Max service is confirmed per plan during your project review.
Can I add a second plunge tub?
