SWEATY YETI MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY AND PROJECT CONDITIONS

MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY

Sweaty Yeti structures are manufactured and supplied by KEB Homes, LLC, dba Irontown Modular.

The product is covered by the KEB Homes Limited Warranty applicable to the materials supplied and work performed as part of the approved Sweaty Yeti project.

* The complete KEB Homes Limited Warranty is available upon request and should be reviewed before ordering.
* The manufacturer states that its Limited Warranty is transferable.
* Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and available remedies are governed by the manufacturer’s written Limited Warranty.
* Final payment requirements may need to be satisfied before a manufacturer warranty claim is processed.

Chic Home Deco LLC is an authorized online retailer and is not the manufacturer.

* Unless expressly stated in the final order documents, Chic Home Deco does not provide a separate written product or installation warranty.
* Chic Home Deco will assist the purchaser with documenting and submitting a qualifying warranty claim to Sweaty Yeti / KEB Homes.
* Coverage decisions and manufacturer remedies remain subject to the applicable KEB Homes Limited Warranty.
* Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law.

FINAL SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDER DOCUMENTS

Sweaty Yeti structures are configurable and may be built to the purchaser’s selected specifications.

Product photographs, renderings, website descriptions, starting prices, finish examples, and preliminary specifications are provided for general product and planning information.

The final approved project documents control the purchase, including as applicable:

* Chic Home Deco quotation or order confirmation
* Approved Sweaty Yeti configuration
* Purchase order
* Approved plans or drawings
* Written change orders
* Final specification schedule

These documents should identify, as applicable:

* Sweaty Yeti model
* Overall dimensions and layout
* Exterior siding and roof selection
* Interior finish
* Doors and glazing
* Sauna heater and controls
* Cold-plunge equipment
* Shower configuration
* Electrical requirements
* Plumbing requirements
* Heating or cooling equipment
* Included upgrades and accessories
* Excluded products and services
* Final purchase price
* Delivery scope and charges
* Placement requirements
* Estimated production and delivery schedule
* Site-preparation responsibilities
* Utility-connection responsibilities

Sweaty Yeti / KEB Homes may use comparable materials or construction methods where permitted by the manufacturer’s specifications and project documents. Exact project specifications are determined by the final approved order documents.

SITE PREPARATION AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before production and delivery, the purchaser is responsible for confirming that the property is suitable for the selected Sweaty Yeti structure.

Depending on the project, the purchaser may need to confirm or arrange:

* Local zoning requirements
* Building, electrical, plumbing, or other permits
* HOA requirements
* Property setbacks
* Foundation or pad preparation
* Drainage and water management
* Electrical service and capacity
* Water supply
* Waste or drainage connections
* Required equipment clearances
* Suitable delivery and installation access
* Any required local contractors

Sweaty Yeti recommends a stable and level prepared surface. Depending on the project, this may consist of suitable level ground, gravel, concrete, or another approved foundation.

Projects that include a shower or other water features should include appropriate drainage planning.

Electrical requirements vary by model and configuration and must be confirmed from the final project documents before electrical work begins.

Permanent electrical, plumbing, drainage, and other utility connections should be performed by appropriately qualified and licensed professionals where required by applicable law.

All site work and utility connections must comply with:

* Final Sweaty Yeti project documents
* Manufacturer requirements
* Applicable building and safety codes
* Local permit requirements

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate site information and reasonable access for delivery, placement, and any work included in the approved project scope.

DELIVERY, PLACEMENT, AND SITE ACCESS

Sweaty Yeti / KEB Homes coordinates delivery of the structure according to the approved project documents.

Standard delivery is generally performed by truck and trailer.

Depending on the property and site conditions, delivery or placement may require:

* Crane service
* Specialized lifting or placement equipment
* Additional personnel
* Special route planning
* Additional loading or unloading services

These services may result in additional charges when they are not included in the original quotation.

Any included delivery allowance, delivery radius, transportation charge, or placement service will be identified in the final quotation or order confirmation.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring:

* Safe and unobstructed access to the property
* Adequate clearance for delivery equipment
* A completed and suitable foundation or placement area
* Required permits or local approvals
* Any customer-responsible lifting or specialty equipment stated in the final order documents

Once delivered, the structure is placed on the prepared foundation according to the agreed project scope.

Unless expressly included in writing, local utility connections such as electrical, water, and drainage are completed by the purchaser’s local contractors.

Transportation pricing and delivery requirements may change if site conditions, delivery access, route requirements, customer delays, or special equipment differ from the information used to prepare the original quotation.

CHANGES AND CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS

Sweaty Yeti structures are generally built to order and may include customer-selected finishes, layouts, equipment, and upgrades.

The purchaser should carefully review all selections before approving the project for production.

After the configuration is approved:

* Requested changes must be submitted in writing.
* Changes are subject to manufacturer approval.
* Changes may result in additional charges.
* Changes may affect the production or delivery schedule.
* Certain changes may no longer be possible after materials have been ordered or production has begun.

Any approved change must be documented in the final order documents or a written change order.

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

Because Sweaty Yeti structures are built or configured specifically for an individual project, cancellation and return conditions differ from ordinary stocked ecommerce products.

The final Chic Home Deco quotation or order confirmation will identify:

* Required deposit
* Payment schedule
* Production-release requirements
* Cancellation conditions
* Change-order conditions
* Any applicable cancellation or change charges
* Whether the approved configuration is returnable

Sweaty Yeti / KEB Homes’ currently published manufacturer terms state that manufacturer down payments are refundable for five days after receipt and become nonrefundable after that period.

For orders placed through Chic Home Deco, the payment and cancellation conditions stated in the final Chic Home Deco order documents will apply to the transaction and will reflect any applicable manufacturer requirements.

Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, a custom or made-to-order Sweaty Yeti structure may have substantial restrictions on cancellation, modification, or return.

A customized structure should not be treated as an ordinary returnable stocked product.

This does not affect rights available to the purchaser in cases involving:

* Qualifying manufacturer warranty claims
* Verified transportation damage
* Material nonconformity with the approved order
* Other rights provided by applicable law

THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS AND UTILITY WORK

Certain project work may be performed by independent local contractors rather than Chic Home Deco or Sweaty Yeti.

This may include:

* Foundation preparation
* Electrical work
* Plumbing
* Drainage
* Utility hookups
* Landscaping or site restoration
* Specialized lifting or equipment services

Third-party contractors operate under their own agreements unless expressly stated otherwise in the final Chic Home Deco order documents.

* Chic Home Deco does not warrant independent third-party workmanship.
* Chic Home Deco is not responsible for work performed outside its expressly agreed scope.
* The purchaser should verify that contractors are properly qualified and licensed where required.
* Work that does not comply with manufacturer requirements or applicable codes may affect product performance and may affect manufacturer warranty coverage.

WARRANTY CLAIMS AND PRODUCT ISSUES

If a problem occurs, contact Chic Home Deco first so that we can assist with documenting the issue and coordinating with Sweaty Yeti / KEB Homes.

Please provide, where applicable:

* Chic Home Deco order number
* Purchaser name and project address
* Delivery date
* Sweaty Yeti model
* Serial number or manufacturer identification, if available
* Detailed description of the issue
* Photographs and/or videos
* Date the issue was first noticed
* Relevant maintenance information
* Foundation or site-preparation information
* Electrical or plumbing information
* Contractor information when relevant

Customers should report suspected manufacturing defects or transportation damage as soon as reasonably possible.

Do not make alterations or repairs that could prevent the manufacturer from properly evaluating the issue unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety or to prevent additional property damage.

Warranty claims remain subject to the procedures, limitations, exclusions, and remedies stated in the applicable KEB Homes Limited Warranty.

Sweaty Yeti structures are substantial, configurable modular products rather than ordinary parcel-shipped consumer goods.

Before ordering, purchasers should carefully review:
