Haven 96" Outdoor Kitchen Countertop for Artisan 36" Grill

The Haven HOD96CT-ART36-L is a 96" W x 30" D powder-coated aluminum countertop for the Haven 8 ft outdoor kitchen. It is pre-cut on the left for a 36" Artisan built-in grill (34-1/2" W x 19-3/4" D cutout) and comes in Concrete or Graphite Black.

Set it on the Haven 96" Kitchen Base and add an Artisan 36" grill, under-grill doors, the required Artisan 15" trash center and one 24" accessory panel. The grill, doors and appliances shown in the photos are sold separately.

Why Choose the Haven 96" Outdoor Kitchen Countertop

• Aluminum, not stone – 100% aluminum construction, including hardware, with a triple-layered powder coat; "Concrete" and "Graphite Black" are color names.
• Exact Artisan 36" fit – factory grill cutout of 34-1/2" W x 19-3/4" D, positioned 5-3/8" from the left edge.
• Two-piece top – 40-3/4" and 55-1/4" sections join with self-tapping screws through pre-drilled mounting tabs.
• Generous prep space – 96" of total width over a base with grill, trash center and 24" accessory sections.
• Clean 2" edge – 2" front edge thickness for a finished, built-in look.
• Made in the USA – manufactured by Haven Outdoor in Winter Haven, Florida, from domestically sourced materials.

Ideal for: Homeowners and builders creating an 8 ft Haven outdoor kitchen around an Artisan Professional 36" or American Eagle 36" built-in gas grill.

How the Haven 8 ft Kitchen System Works

A complete Haven 8 ft (96") kitchen is built from separate parts. The grill always sits on the left, followed by a built-in 19" trash center section and a 24" accessory section. Everything listed below is sold separately.

• Base – Haven 96" Kitchen Base HOD96KB-ART36 in Pebble Gray or Charcoal
• Countertop – Haven 96" Countertop HOD96CT-ART36-L in Concrete or Graphite Black
• Grill – Artisan Professional 36" ARTP-36 or American Eagle 36" AAEP-36, LP or NG
• Under the grill – Artisan 36" double doors ARTP-36DD or door/drawer combo ARTP-DDC-36SC
• Trash center (required) – Artisan 15" Trash Center ARTP-TC-15SC for the built-in 19" section
• 24" accessory section – one Haven 24" Accessory Panel HOD24AP: blank, or cut for a 17" door or 17" drawers

Installation, Assembly & Care

Haven kitchens ship knocked down (flat) and assemble on site with a laser-cut slot-and-cleat system: vertical supports join the front and back panels, are seated with a rubber mallet and screwed at the corners, then the countertop is set on top. Haven states that assembly takes 30–60 minutes on average. Glue or silicone under the top is optional but makes later removal difficult.

Tools needed: power drill or driver with a Phillips bit, rubber mallet, level and a 9/16" wrench or socket (a drill extension bar is optional). Each kitchen order includes 100 screws, an Allen wrench and 4 storm tie-down straps; patio fasteners are not included.

Care: rinse, wipe with a damp non-abrasive cloth and warm water, and towel dry. Mild household cleaners are fine; avoid solvents, abrasives and stainless-steel cleaners, and do not place hot items directly on the countertop.
