One flat price for the whole order, whatever the size — calculated automatically at checkout. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
How freight delivery works
- Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
- Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
- Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
- Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.

Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

The Videl Gran Fuego 42 requires an island cutout of 38.5" wide x 10" high x 22" deep; the grill is 42" W x 22" H. It has interior lights, so plan an outdoor electrical connection as described in Videl's manual, which covers connecting the transformer. The Gran Fuego 42 adds an infrared burner alongside its cast stainless steel Onyx Pro burners, five burners in total. The infrared burner delivers intense, direct heat for a steakhouse-style crust and quick searing, while the other burners handle slower zones. With 770 sq. in. of primary and 243 sq. in. of secondary cooking area, it suits hosts who cook for larger groups than the Gran Fuego 36 comfortably handles.

Yes. Videl grills ship ready for natural gas and include a propane conversion kit, so a licensed gas professional can set the Gran Fuego 42 up for either fuel. Warranty for normal residential use: lifetime on the cast stainless steel burners, two years on parts such as the fire box, hood, grates and flavor bars, and one year on the gas valve, knobs and light. Labor and freight are excluded.
