One flat price for the whole order, whatever the size — calculated automatically at checkout. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
How freight delivery works
- Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
- Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
- Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
- Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right
Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

Videl lists a cutout of 28.5" wide x 11.5" high x 24.75" deep for the Gran Plancha, with the griddle measuring 30" W x 14" H x 28.5" D. Our listing shows a slightly shallower depth, so confirm against the current Videl spec sheet before cutting your countertop. Videl also calls for at least two air-flow vents in the island and 12" of clearance from non-combustible construction when installed in an enclosed area.

The Gran Plancha gives you a flat, quarter-inch cooking plate with 495 sq. in. of surface, so small or loose foods like eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, fajitas and chopped vegetables cook without falling through grates. Two independently controlled burners let you run a hot zone and a cooler zone at once. A splash guard, grease outlet and full-width grease tray keep cleanup simple, and a stainless steel cover is included.

Can the Gran Plancha run on propane, and what warranty does it have?
Yes. Videl griddles ship ready for natural gas and include a propane conversion kit, which a licensed gas professional should install along with the gas hookup. Videl warrants the griddle plate, burner, drip tray, bezel, regulator and fire box for two years, and the gas valve, knob and cover for one year, for normal residential use. Labor and freight are not covered.
