How freight delivery works
  1. Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
  2. Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
  3. Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
  4. Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right

Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

• All made-to-order products are manufactured based on the specifications selected at checkout.
• Because each item is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
• Made-to-order and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• By placing your order, you confirm that the selected size, finish, model, and configuration are correct.

LIMITED DEFECT COVERAGE

We stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

To qualify for review, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order number
• A short description of the defect

If the claim is approved, repair or replacement may be arranged at our discretion. This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

• If the damage is severe, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
• Visible or concealed freight damage must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to inspect the shipment or report damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for repair, replacement, or claim support.

Can the Videl 4.5 cu. ft. compact refrigerator be installed fully outdoors?

No, the Videl 4.5 cu. ft. compact refrigerator is not outdoor rated, so it belongs in a covered outdoor kitchen, such as under a pergola roof or patio cover, out of direct rain and sun. It is built from 304 stainless steel with a compressor cooling system and R-600a refrigerant, but extreme heat and standing water will shorten its life. For a fully exposed island, look at the Videl Outdoor Premium Refrigerator, which is outdoor rated.

What cutout does the Videl compact refrigerator need in a BBQ island?

Videl's spec sheet calls for a cutout of 20.5" wide x 33" high x 20.5" deep for the compact refrigerator. The unit itself measures 20" wide x 20.5" deep. Build to the cutout dimensions, leave airflow space as the manual describes, and plan a dedicated outdoor-rated GFCI outlet within reach. How cold does the Videl 4.5 cu. ft. compact fridge get, and how much does it hold?

The Videl compact fridge holds temperatures between 40°F and 50°F using an analog control, which is ideal for beverages, produce and marinades rather than long-term meat storage. Its 4.5 cu. ft. interior has shelves, one drawer, door storage and an integrated can dispenser.
