One flat price for the whole order, whatever the size — calculated automatically at checkout. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
How freight delivery works
- Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
- Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
- Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
- Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right
Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

The Videl triple access drawer (VG-3D) needs a cutout of 11.5" wide x 19.5" high x 19" deep, per Videl's spec sheet. The unit measures 13" wide x 20.75" high x about 21" deep, so the frame overlaps the opening for a flush finish. Confirm the opening after your veneer is installed. The Videl triple access drawer has three stacked drawers for grilling tools, towels, spices, utensils and small accessories. At 13" wide, it fits in tight spaces beside a grill or refrigerator. Deep items like platters or propane tanks belong behind a double door instead. The drawers are not sealed, so avoid storing paper goods in humid climates.

Yes, if your island has room for an 11.5" x 19.5" x 19" cutout, you can add the Videl triple access drawer. Cutting into cement board or a metal frame is easier than block or stone. Make sure there is at least 19" of clear depth behind the opening, and hire an experienced installer for a clean, level cut.
