How freight delivery works
  1. Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
  2. Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
  3. Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
  4. Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right

Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

• All made-to-order products are manufactured based on the specifications selected at checkout.
• Because each item is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
• Made-to-order and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• By placing your order, you confirm that the selected size, finish, model, and configuration are correct.

LIMITED DEFECT COVERAGE

We stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

To qualify for review, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order number
• A short description of the defect

If the claim is approved, repair or replacement may be arranged at our discretion. This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

What is included with the Videl Maestro 112L B BBQ island?

The Videl Maestro 112L B includes the Gran Fuego 42 grill, a Fuego Vivo side burner, a built-in fire pit, a compact refrigerator, an integrated sink, 42" double doors, a triple access drawer and a single access door. It is L-shaped and measures 112" x 30" x 36". The Gran Fuego 42 has five burners, including an infrared burner, rated at 114,000 BTU.

What utilities does the Videl Maestro 112L B need?

The Maestro 112L B needs gas for the grill and side burner (and the fire pit, if gas-fueled), electricity for the compact refrigerator, and water plus drainage for the sink. Plan all three utility runs before the island arrives. A licensed gas professional, electrician and plumber should make the final connections to meet local code.

Is the Maestro 112L B suitable for an uncovered patio?

The Maestro 112L B grill, side burner and fire pit are built for outdoors, but its compact refrigerator is not outdoor rated. A covered or partially covered patio will protect the fridge and extend its life. If you plan to place it in full sun and rain, ask us about Videl's outdoor-rated premium refrigerator.
