How freight delivery works
  1. Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
  2. Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
  3. Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
  4. Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right

Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

• All made-to-order products are manufactured based on the specifications selected at checkout.
• Because each item is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
• Made-to-order and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• By placing your order, you confirm that the selected size, finish, model, and configuration are correct.

LIMITED DEFECT COVERAGE

We stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

To qualify for review, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A short description of the defect

If the claim is approved, repair or replacement may be arranged at our discretion. This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

What is included in the Videl Grill Signature Collection 4?

Per Videl, the Grill Signature Collection 4 includes the Gran Fuego 36 grill, the Gran Plancha 30" griddle, the Fuego I double side burner, 30" double doors, 36" combo doors and drawers, triple access doors, and knock-down island frames: one 48", one 36" and two 24". Together the frames form a 132" wide x 36" high x 32" deep island, giving you separate zones for grilling, griddling, side dishes and storage.

How hard is it to build the Videl Signature Collection 4 island?

The Signature Collection 4 uses knock-down island frames that Videl designs for quick assembly, far simpler than building a block or wood-framed island from scratch. After the frames are assembled, you add cement board and your own finishing materials to complete the look. Many owners hire a handyman or mason for cladding and finishing, and a licensed gas professional for the three gas appliances.

What gas setup does the Signature Collection 4 need?

The Signature Collection 4 has three gas appliances: the Gran Fuego 36 grill, the Gran Plancha griddle and the Fuego I side burner. Each ships ready for natural gas with a propane conversion kit included. Have a licensed gas professional size the supply for all three running together and install the island with at least two air-flow vents, as Videl requires. The grill's lights also need a 120V connection.
