Videl's cast stainless steel Onyx Pro burners are covered for the lifetime of the original owner. The HeatWave Chamber and Flavor Bars spread heat evenly and vaporize drippings for real grill flavor, while CoolTouch knobs and the CoolGrip handle stay comfortable at searing temperatures.

One flat price for the whole order, whatever the size — calculated automatically at checkout. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
How freight delivery works
- Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
- Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
- Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
- Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right
Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

What comes in the Videl Grill Signature Collection 2 kit?
The Videl Grill Signature Collection 2 includes the Gran Fuego 36 grill, a Fuego I double side burner, 36" double doors, a triple access drawer, and 48" and 24" knock-down island frames, per Videl. The frames combine into a 72" wide x 36" high x 32" deep island. You add cement board, finish materials and a countertop, which lets you choose your own stone, tile or stucco.

How does the Signature Collection 2 compare with the Signature Collection 1?
The Signature Collection 2 uses the same 72" x 36" x 32" knock-down frame and Gran Fuego 36 grill as the Signature Collection 1, but adds a double side burner and a triple access drawer. The side burner lets you simmer sauces or boil corn while grilling, and the drawers organize tools. If you only need grilling and basic storage, the Signature Collection 1 costs less.

Do I need a contractor to finish the Signature Collection 2 island?
You don't need a contractor for the frame itself, since the Signature Collection 2 knock-down sections assemble quickly, but finishing requires some skills. You will attach cement board, apply stone, tile or stucco and install a countertop with cutouts for the grill and side burner. Plan on a mason or handyman for that stage and a licensed gas professional to connect both gas appliances.
