How freight delivery works
- Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
- Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
- Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
- Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.

Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

The Videl Alta 72L uses an L-shaped layout, while the Alta 72I is a straight run; both are listed at 72" x 30" x 36" and share the Gran Fuego 36 grill and 36" double doors. The L shape separates the cooking zone from where guests stand or sit, which suits corner patios and entertaining. Check the sell sheet footprint against your corner before ordering, because an L needs space on two sides.

The Alta 72L comes with the Gran Fuego 36 built-in grill, which has four burners and 653 sq. in. of primary plus 207 sq. in. of secondary cooking space. It is made of 304 stainless steel and runs on natural gas or liquid propane. Features include CoolTouch knobs, flavor bars, a warming rack and a full-width grease tray.

How is the Videl Alta 72L delivered and set up?
The Alta 72L is made to order, usually ships in 3–4 weeks, and arrives by LTL freight on a pallet with curbside delivery by appointment. It is a complete island, so there is no masonry work, but you will need several people or movers to position it. A licensed gas professional should connect and leak test the gas. Because it is made to order, it is final sale once production starts.
