One flat price for the whole order, whatever the size — calculated automatically at checkout. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
How freight delivery works
- Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
- Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
- Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
- Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right
Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

What cutout does the Videl 42" double door need in my BBQ island?
The Videl 42" double access door (SKU VG-42DD) needs a 39.5" wide x 18.25" high cutout with 1.75" of depth for the frame, per Videl's spec sheet. The door frame measures 42" wide by about 21" high and sits on the face of the island, so it covers the edges of the opening. Measure after your finish material is applied, because tile or stone veneer changes the final opening depth.

Usually yes: the 42" double door gives a wide, two-door opening that makes it easy to reach a standard propane tank, tools or serving trays inside the island. The door is just a front access panel, so the actual storage room depends on your island's interior. If you store a propane tank inside, local code typically requires vent openings in the island, so have your installer add vents near the bottom.

The Videl 42" double door is an access door with frame, not an enclosed cabinet box. It mounts into the opening of your island and exposes the island's open interior, which is ideal for reaching gas lines, valves and a propane tank. If you want enclosed drawers for utensils, pair it with a Videl triple access drawer or the 42" combo door and drawer instead.
