The Artisan ART-IJ insulated jacket is a stainless steel enclosure that surrounds an Artisan built-in grill and is required when the grill is installed in an island built of combustible materials. It comes in four sizes: ART-IJ26, ART-IJ32, ART-IJ36 and ART-IJ42.

Use it for wood-framed or other combustible outdoor kitchen islands. The jacket assembles from left, right, bottom and rear panels, and the island cutout is sized to the jacket rather than to the grill.
