Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Will the Williams 72" powder coat fireplace fit my patio?

The Williams 72" measures 72" wide by 72" tall by 20" deep per The Outdoor Plus, with a 30" x 10" burning area and a 24" burner, making it the most compact Williams. Beyond that footprint, allow the manual's clearances from combustibles: 36" to the sides and 84" overhead for units up to 65K BTU, or 48" and 96" for 66K to 200K BTU. It must sit on a level, non-combustible surface.

What colors does the Williams 72" powder coat fireplace come in, and will the finish last?

We offer the Williams 72" in Black, Copper Vein and Gray powder coat. The Outdoor Plus pairs the powder-coated shell with a steel frame designed for stability in harsh weather, and powder coat products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To keep the finish looking good, rinse it with water once cool, wipe it dry, touch up any chips promptly and cover the fireplace when not in use.

Which ignition should I choose for the Williams 72" fireplace?

Match Lit is the simplest: open the key valve and light it by hand. Match Lit with Flame Sense adds a thermocouple-monitored pilot, and Spark Ignition with Flame Sense lights that pilot with a push-button spark igniter that runs on an AA battery, so neither needs wiring. Low Voltage and Plug & Play Electronic Ignition give push-button starts but need power at the unit; The Outdoor Plus lists both as CSA certified. Each comes in natural gas or propane.
