Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

Any non-combustible cladding: The Outdoor Plus says stone, brick, marble or other non-combustible material can be applied to the Williams ready-to-finish shell. Its manual adds a caution: dense stone such as granite or marble should be kept away from direct heat and flame because it can crack, and the manufacturer is not responsible for that damage. Many owners use stucco, veneer or brick near the firebox and reserve dense stone for outer areas.

The fire components are: The Outdoor Plus warranties burner rings and bars for life, stainless pans for 5 years residential, and electronics, valves and pilot 1 year residential. The ready-to-finish shell itself is not warrantied, because it is delivered unfinished and completed by your contractor. Electrodes and spark igniters are excluded. Since it is made to order and final sale, report any freight damage within 24 to 48 hours.

Per the Williams owner manual, units up to 65K BTU need 36" from structures or combustibles on the sides and at least 84" overhead; 66K to 200K BTU units need 48" and 96". Leave 2" under the valve box for drainage where applicable, and install an exterior gas shutoff for emergencies and maintenance. The fireplace itself measures 72" wide by 72" tall by 20" deep before cladding.
