WARRANTY FOR PLANIKA OUTDOOR FIREPLACES AND HEATERS

• Planika outdoor fireplaces and heaters sold by Chic Home Deco include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS

• This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that result in the product failing to operate under normal residential use and when used according to the product instructions and safety guidelines.

APPLICABLE PRODUCTS

• This warranty applies to all Planika outdoor fireplaces and heaters sold by Chic Home Deco, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

CONDITIONS TO KEEP THE WARRANTY VALID

• The product must be installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• The product must be used only for its intended outdoor purpose.
• The product must be connected only to compatible fuel sources and approved accessories.
• The product must be protected and maintained with reasonable care.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic issues, minor scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface imperfections that do not affect safe operation.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions or safety guidelines.
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather, corrosive environments, salt air, flooding, or other environmental conditions outside normal use.
• Damage caused by improper storage, inadequate maintenance, or commercial overuse.
• Damage to glass or finishes unless caused by a manufacturing defect.
• Products that have been repaired, altered, or modified without prior written approval from the manufacturer or Chic Home Deco.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR MISSING PARTS

• If your order arrives with visible shipping damage or missing parts, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at mike@chichomedeco.com.
• Include your order number, photos of the issue, and the original packaging if available.

The Bino is fueled by liquid propane (LP) and is compatible with common 20 lb propane tanks as well as smaller compatible tanks.

With efficient LP consumption, you can enjoy up to 55 hours of burn time per tank.
