This product is protected against qualifying manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct operation. Coverage for this complete fire feature and its covered components includes:

• Complete fire feature and powder-coated body: 1 year
• Stainless-steel or aluminum fire pan: 5 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use
• Burner rings and burner bars: lifetime warranty
• Electronics, gas valves and pilot assembly: 1 year for residential use and 6 months for commercial use

Electronic-component coverage applies when the components are purchased as part of a complete fire feature or qualifying pan and burner kit.

Electrodes and spark igniters are not covered because they are lifespan-limited operating components.

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable and begins from the original sale or shipment date recorded for the product.

If you experience a possible manufacturing or component issue, contact Chic Home Deco as soon as the issue is discovered and provide:

• Your Chic Home Deco order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and affected component
• A short video when the issue concerns ignition or operation
• Photographs of the installation and connections when requested

Our team will review the documentation and coordinate the warranty process on your behalf. Depending on the issue, additional troubleshooting, testing, photographs or inspection of the affected component may be required.

When a claim qualifies for coverage, we will coordinate the authorized repair or replacement of the affected product or component. A complete product replacement is not automatically required when the issue can be resolved through repair or replacement of an individual component.

Do not return the product, ship a component, arrange a repair, discard parts or modify the unit without prior written authorization from Chic Home Deco.

Each piece is individually manufactured according to the size, finish, fuel type and ignition system selected when the order is placed.

Please review your selected configuration and delivery information carefully. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

Made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, preference change, project change or a later decision to select a different configuration.

This made-to-order policy does not apply when a product arrives damaged, is fulfilled incorrectly or has a verified defect covered under the applicable warranty.

If the delivered product materially differs from the model, size, finish, fuel type or ignition configuration shown in your Chic Home Deco order confirmation, notify us immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, manufacturer labels, packaging and packing documentation. Retain the product, pallet and all original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Do not install, operate, alter or return an incorrectly supplied product before receiving written instructions from our team. Prompt reporting and complete documentation are required so that we can properly investigate and resolve the issue.

Inspect the complete shipment carefully before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

• Photograph the pallet and complete shipment before removing any packaging
• Note all visible damage, missing items or packaging concerns on the carrier’s delivery receipt
• Refuse delivery when the shipment has severe visible damage
• Keep the pallet, carton and all protective packaging materials
• Notify Chic Home Deco immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery

Concealed damage must also be reported as soon as it is discovered and within the same 48-hour inspection period. Freight carriers require prompt and complete documentation. Delayed reporting, discarded packaging or an unnoted delivery receipt may limit or prevent recovery through the freight claim.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage, deterioration or performance issues resulting from:

• Normal wear, cosmetic changes or expected finish aging
• Natural material, color or texture variation
• Differences between an actual finish and its appearance on a screen
• Natural weathering or patina development on materials designed to change over time
• Water intrusion, overheating, misuse, abuse or improper storage
• Improper installation, maintenance or failure to follow the supplied instructions
• Unauthorized alterations, modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by installers, movers or other third parties
• Damage or malfunction caused by incompatible third-party products or components
• Surface-level rust on stainless-steel components

Certified products and ignition systems must not be altered or modified. Installation and operation must follow the supplied manual and all applicable local requirements.

Approved warranty claims may be resolved through repair or replacement of the affected product or component, depending on the nature of the verified issue.

A product or component may need to be returned for inspection or testing. If testing determines that the product is not defective, it will be returned and no warranty credit or replacement will be issued.

All returns require prior written authorization and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization. An authorization is valid only for the stated product, issue and validity period. Authorized returns must be shipped within the provided instructions and timeframe.

Returned products must be packed carefully. Damage occurring during unauthorized or inadequately packaged return shipping is not covered.

Warranty coverage is limited to covered products, components and authorized in-house repair. It does not include installation, removal, maintenance, on-site service or contractor labor. Incidental, consequential and indirect expenses are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Use a suitable stainless-steel or weather-resistant canvas cover to protect the fire feature from harsh weather while it is not in use.

Keeping the unit covered helps preserve the finish and internal components. The cover must always be removed completely before igniting or operating the fire feature.

Proper installation, maintenance, storage and operation are necessary to preserve warranty eligibility and the service life of the product.
