Can I use a smokeless fire pit on a wood deck?

Some setups need a heat-deflecting stand or shield. Choose 'wood or composite deck' in the form and we'll advise what's safe for the model you pick.

Is it really smoke-free?

Smokeless designs burn much cleaner once the fire is hot, using a secondary burn. Dry, seasoned hardwood gives the best result; wet wood will still smoke.
