Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Sol 32" Stainless Steel Fire Sculpture gas version is rated at 160K BTU on The Outdoor Plus spec sheet, a high output for its 32" diameter, so it gives genuine warmth to a seating area as well as a vivid flame. It runs on liquid propane or natural gas via a 1/2" NPT female inlet, with Match Lit, Spark Glow, Fire Glow or Plug & Play ignition. At 160K BTU, have your gas professional confirm the supply line or tank setup can keep up.

Plan it for open air: the Sol 32" is an outdoor-only gas appliance and needs good ventilation plus the overhead and side clearances in its installation manual, which is especially important at 160K BTU. A fully enclosed or low-roofed area is not suitable. It must also sit on non-combustible flooring, with a non-combustible panel underneath if placed on a wood deck. Have your installer measure clearances on site before you order.

The Sol 32" is made to order by The Outdoor Plus and ships in approximately 3 weeks, with tracking sent when it leaves the warehouse. It is final sale once production begins because it is built to your selected ignition and gas type. Check it carefully at delivery and report any freight damage, defect or wrong item within 24 to 48 hours with photos.
