Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Saturn 36" Stainless Steel Fire Sculpture ships as a complete gas fire feature. Per The Outdoor Plus spec sheet, a match-lit unit includes the fire pan (standard 2" depth), burner, gas orifice, gas hose and key valve with key; Plug & Play units add a Plug & Play electronic valve and pilot igniter. The gas version is rated at 65K BTU with a 1/2" NPT female inlet. Gas piping, installation labor and a protective cover are not included.

A locally licensed gas professional should connect the Saturn 36", as The Outdoor Plus recommends for all its gas features; placing the sculpture itself is simple. It must sit on non-combustible flooring, and on a wood deck a non-combustible floor panel has to be installed underneath. Electronic ignition versions also need power at the sculpture as described in their manual. The manufacturer installation manuals for Match Lit and electronic ignition cover the connection steps and clearances.

The Saturn 36" stainless steel resists rust very well, but it can pick up light surface spotting from salt air, pool chemicals, sprinklers or airborne iron particles. Rinsing with fresh water, wiping dry and keeping it covered when not in use prevents most of it. The Outdoor Plus warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes surface-level rust on stainless steel, so routine cleaning is part of owning any stainless fire feature, especially near the coast.
