Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Saturn 48" Corten Fire Sculpture gas version is rated at 65K BTU on The Outdoor Plus spec sheet, the same as the 36" Saturn, so the larger size mainly adds sculptural presence rather than extra output. That is a pleasant, ambiance-focused level of warmth for people seated nearby. It runs on liquid propane or natural gas via a 1/2" NPT female inlet with Match Lit, Spark Glow, Fire Glow or Plug & Play ignition, and match-lit units up to 65K BTU are LC certified.

The Saturn 48" corten steel needs very little care: no paint or sealer, since its weathering patina is the protective layer. The Outdoor Plus recommends covering the feature when not in use, rinsing the body with water rather than spraying the burner or igniter, and checking the burner for debris or insect nests before lighting. Expect the color to keep deepening over time. Natural weathering is not covered by the manufacturer warranty, and runoff can mark light paving early on.

The Saturn 48" is made to order by The Outdoor Plus and ships in approximately 3 weeks, and we send tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Because it is built to your chosen ignition and gas type, the order is final sale and cannot be canceled or changed once production starts. Inspect it at delivery and report any freight damage, defect or wrong item within 24 to 48 hours with photos so we can file and resolve it quickly.
