Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

Pick gas if you want instant, adjustable flame with no ash: the Neutron 36" gas burner is rated at 160K BTU per The Outdoor Plus, runs on liquid propane or natural gas, and needs a licensed gas connection. The match-lit wood-burning version (TFL-NTRN36SSWB) needs no gas line, suiting spots where running gas is impractical, but you tend the fire and clean out ash. Check local burn rules before choosing wood, as some areas restrict open wood fires.

Turn the gas off at the source, let the Neutron 36" cool completely, then cover it with a full-length cover, which The Outdoor Plus recommends to shield it from weather and pollutants. Before using it again, inspect and clean the burner, because spiders and insects can nest in burner ports and block gas flow. The manufacturer also advises cleaning the appliance at least once a year and having it inspected by a qualified service technician.

It can be set up for liquid propane, but at 160K BTU the Neutron 36" draws a lot of gas, so the tank and regulator setup must be sized for that demand by a gas professional. Many owners with long burn times prefer a natural gas line, which the Neutron 36" also supports through the same 1/2" NPT female inlet. Order the LP or NG version that matches your supply, since the orifice differs between the two.
