Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Outdoor Plus specification sheet lists the Hay Stack fire tower's overall dimensions as 24" by 48" by 72", so it is a substantial vertical centerpiece that needs a dedicated spot with open space around it. Its burner is rated at 40,000 BTU, which produces a lively, visible flame and warmth close to the tower. It is designed first as a sculptural ambiance feature for patios, pool decks and courtyards rather than as a primary heater.

The Hay Stack is handcrafted in the USA from stainless steel and metal powder coat, with a 304 stainless steel fire pan and burner, materials chosen for heat and weather resistance. Each tower is individually made, so small variations are part of its character. To keep it in top condition, rinse and wipe it down once fully cooled, inspect the burner periodically for debris or insect nests, and cover it when not in use.

The Hay Stack includes the pan, burner, gas orifice, gas hoses, key valve and key; the electronic ignition version adds an electronic valve and pilot igniter. It is available for natural gas or liquid propane, in Match Lit or Low Voltage Electronic Ignition. Yes, plan on professional installation: The Outdoor Plus recommends a gas professional licensed in your area, and a 1-hour gas timer is offered as an accessory.
