Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Galaxy 30" fire sculpture's gas burner is rated at 65,000 BTU per The Outdoor Plus spec sheet, a moderate output that gives gentle warmth to people seated close by while the polished steel form reflects the flame. It works best as an ambiance centerpiece for a patio or garden seating area. The Galaxy is also made in 24" (65,000 BTU) and 36" (160,000 BTU) sizes if you need a different scale or more heat.

Stainless steel resists corrosion, so the Galaxy keeps its bright metallic finish rather than developing a rust patina like corten, and it will not leave orange runoff on your patio. To keep it looking its best, rinse it once cooled, wipe it dry, avoid spraying the burner and igniter directly, and use a full-length cover when not in use. Have the burner inspected by a qualified technician at least once a year.

Gas versions of the Galaxy 30" include the fire pan, burner, gas orifice, gas hose, and key valve with key, with a 1/2" NPT female inlet. It is available for liquid propane or natural gas in Match Lit, Spark Glow, Fire Glow and Plug & Play ignition, or as a wood-burning version. It is handmade to order, ships in about 3 weeks, and is final sale.
