Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Sunshine torch includes the torch head and its torch head base, made from 304 stainless steel and handcrafted by The Outdoor Plus. The head measures 3 3/4" in diameter and 14" tall and is rated at 20,000 BTU. A post, deck mount or gas line is not included, so plan the mounting method before ordering: the Original TOP Torch version fits a 2 1/2" post, while the TOP-Lite version threads onto 1/2" gas pipe.

Yes, if it is mounted on a properly set post rather than resting on the surface. The Original TOP Torch version bolts to The Outdoor Plus 80" In-Ground Post, whose 16" anchor section is set below grade so the 68" exposed post can be installed plumb even where the ground slopes. On a deck or concrete, the Deck Post Mount secures the same post to a hard surface. Have a licensed gas professional run the gas line and set the post.

Pick the Original TOP Torch version (OPT-TT23M) if you want a built-in needle valve to fine-tune the flame at each torch and plan to use TOP posts; pick TOP-Lite (OPT-TCH23SS) if you want the simplest installation on your own 1/2" threaded gas pipe, without a needle valve. Both produce 20,000 BTU and share the same Sunshine design. Each is made to order, ships in approximately 3 weeks and is final sale.
