Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Spiral Stainless Steel Torch: Mounting, Gas & Flame Questions

How do I mount the Spiral stainless steel torch, and what post does it need?

It depends on the version you choose. The Original TOP Torch Spiral (OPT-TT12M) bolts onto any 2 1/2" post with hex bolts, such as The Outdoor Plus 80" In-Ground Post, which can be buried with its 16" anchor or fastened to a deck or slab with the Deck Post Mount. The TOP-Lite Spiral (OPT-TCH12SS) threads directly onto a 1/2" threaded gas pipe. Posts and mounts are sold separately.

Can I adjust the flame height on the Spiral torch?

Yes, on the Original TOP Torch version: it has a built-in needle valve for precise flame adjustment at the torch head and connects through a 3/8" flared gas inlet. The TOP-Lite version has no needle valve, so the flame is set from your gas supply valve instead. Both are rated at 20,000 BTU and stand 14" tall, giving a decorative flame for pathways and pool edges rather than space heating.

Is the Spiral torch durable enough to leave outside near a pool?

Yes, the Spiral torch head is handcrafted from 304 stainless steel, which The Outdoor Plus uses for durability against both heat and outdoor weather, so it can stay outside year-round and keeps a clean metallic look near pools and patios. Each torch is made to order in the USA and ships in approximately 3 weeks with tracking. Because it is built for your order, it is final sale.
