Most propane fire pits leave a tank sitting on the patio. The Flame Havens Refuge 43" round propane fire pit table hides a standard 20 lb tank inside a sliding drawer built into the concrete body. You get a clean, freestanding fire table you can place almost anywhere outdoors, with no gas line to run. At 24" tall it is table height, so the ledge doubles as a spot for drinks and plates, with room for about four to six people around it.

The Refuge Series is Flame Havens' line of handcrafted GFRC concrete fire pits. Each piece has a smooth, grain-like surface, so slight variation in tone is normal and makes every fire pit one of a kind. A round bowl shape softens modern furniture and works well in circular seating areas or on a paver pad. Choose Graphite Black for a bold, modern look, Natural Gray for a soft stone feel, or Ivory White for a bright, clean finish. Black reflective fire glass, a fitted canvas cover and a concrete care kit are included, so it is ready to use out of the box. Want a sleeker look when the fire is off? Add the matching 24" round stainless steel burner cover, which turns the burner area into a flat tabletop, or the 28" round tempered glass wind guard to steady the flame on breezy nights.

This fire pit is an in-stock item that ships from the US, usually within 3-5 business days. Orders can be canceled free of charge until the order has shipped.

1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Flame Havens covers this fire pit with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number, photos and a short description, and we will handle the claim with Flame Havens for you.

The warranty does not cover natural variation in GFRC color and texture, improper installation, use of the wrong fuel type, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Installation and gas connections must be done by a licensed gas professional.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original and return freight costs. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the pickup.

Freight & Delivery Damage

This fire pit ships by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Please inspect the crate when it arrives.
- If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including for concealed damage found after unpacking.

Following these steps lets us replace damaged items quickly.

Refuge 43" Propane Fire Pit Table: Setup, Space & Seating

Where does the propane tank go in the Refuge 43"?

Inside the fire pit. A sliding drawer in the concrete body holds a standard 20 lb propane tank, and the 40" regulator hose is already connected to the burner. Open the drawer to swap tanks, then slide it closed. The tank itself is not included.

Can I convert it to natural gas later?

Yes. Flame Havens sells a CSA-certified propane-to-natural-gas conversion kit separately. Conversion and the gas connection must be done by a licensed gas professional. If you already have a gas line at the patio, the natural gas version of this fire pit is lower (15") and costs less.

How many people fit around the 43" Refuge, and where can it go?

It comfortably serves about four to six people, and at 24" tall it also works as a side table for drinks.
