Q-boo outdoor kitchens sold by Chic Home Deco include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What This Limited Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that result in the product failing to operate under normal residential use and when used according to the product instructions and safety guidelines.
Applicable Products
This warranty applies to all Q-boo outdoor kitchens and grills sold by Chic Home Deco, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Conditions to Keep the Warranty Valid
The product must be assembled, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The product must be used only for its intended outdoor cooking and entertaining purpose.
The grill must be connected only to a compatible propane (LP gas) supply and approved regulator.
The product must be protected and maintained with reasonable care, including use of the included waterproof cover when not in use.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear and tear, including natural patina on metal surfaces and weathering of wood components.
Cosmetic issues, minor scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface imperfections that do not affect safe operation.
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions or safety guidelines.
Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather, corrosive environments, salt air, flooding, or other environmental conditions outside normal use.
Damage caused by improper storage, inadequate maintenance, grease buildup, or commercial overuse.
Damage to the countertop, grill grates, or finishes unless caused by a manufacturing defect.
Consumable parts and accessories, including the waterproof cover, cutting board, and grilling tools.
Products that have been repaired, altered, or modified without prior written approval from the manufacturer or Chic Home Deco.
Shipping Damage or Missing Parts
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage or missing parts, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at mike@chichomedeco.com and include your order number, photos of the issue, and the original packaging if available.
If the issue is confirmed, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
