All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Should I pick a rectangular or square glass wind guard?

Match the Glass Wind Guard to the shape of your burner or pan, not the outside of the fire pit. Rectangular guards (34" to 70" long by 14") suit linear burners in fire tables, while square guards (24", 32" and 44") suit square or round burners. The Outdoor Plus recommends sizing to the burning area plus about 2" per side so the glass stays cleaner.

How do I clean soot off a glass fire pit wind guard?

Let the Glass Wind Guard cool fully, then clean the 1/4" tempered glass with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner; avoid scouring pads that can scratch it. Some soot is normal, especially with propane or with flames touching the glass. Sizing the guard with about 2" of space around the burning area, as The Outdoor Plus recommends, helps reduce buildup.

Can I still cover my fire pit with a glass wind guard in place?

Yes, if it is sized correctly. The Outdoor Plus recommends a wind guard about 2" larger than the burning area on each side so a steel burner cover can still fit when the fire is off.
