It handles everything from a gentle simmer to a hard boil, and the removable interior grate lets you set a wok directly over the flame. Use it for wok stir-fry and for simmering or boiling large pots in an outdoor kitchen island.

Why Choose the Artisan ARTP-18PB Power Burner

Dual burner, two controls – inner and outer stainless steel burners adjust separately.
Simmer to boil – ranges from delicate simmer to a powerful boil.
Wok ready – removable interior grate for wok cooking.
304 stainless steel – heli-arc welded 18-8 construction.
Recessed top and cover – stainless steel cover protects the burner.
Griddle option – the ARTP-G18 teppanyaki griddle locks onto the top.

Ideal for: Outdoor kitchens that need high-output pot, wok and boil cooking beside an Artisan grill.
