The Artisan ARTP-PZA is a 30" countertop gas pizza oven that reaches up to 800°F and preheats in 15 minutes. It has 447 sq in of cooking area, a 3/4" thick ceramic slab hearth and ceiling, and a stainless U-burner under the hearth plus a rear burner for top-down heat.

Set it on an outdoor kitchen counter or on the Artisan 30" pizza oven cart. Beyond Neapolitan-style pizza, it roasts, bakes and sears in an iron skillet.

Installation, Clearances & Fuel Planning

The oven measures 28-7/8" W x 30" D x 20" H (exhaust height 18-1/2") and exhausts at the rear. Leave 1" clearance all around and at the bottom for air intake. Gas and power connect at the back and can be routed from below; the Artisan Professional access doors (30" size, ARTP-30DD) give access to utilities under the counter.
