Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Is the Anderson Teak Tropico folding armchair sold individually?

No, the Tropico Folding Armchair (CHF-105) is sold as a set of two chairs. Each chair measures 38" high, 21.5" wide and 22.5" deep, weighs 22 lb and has an estimated weight capacity of 250 lb. How do the Tropico folding armchairs store?

The Tropico armchairs fold flat for storage and easy moving, making them handy as extra seats for gatherings or to tuck away in a garage or shed over winter. They arrive assembled, with no assembly required. Storing them folded and dry in the off-season helps slow weathering and surface checking.

The CHF-105 is wider at 21.5" and 22 lb per chair, while the CHF-104 is a slimmer 16.5" wide and 20 lb. Choose the CHF-105 for roomier seating, or the CHF-104 to fit more chairs around a table.
