Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Tosca Sonoma 5-Piece Teak Dining Set SET-36: Questions Before You Buy

Do the chairs in the Anderson Teak Tosca Sonoma set have arms?

No, the Tosca Sonoma 5-Piece Dining Set (SET-36) uses four Sonoma side chairs (CHD-091), which are armless with a curved arched back and a dipped, sculpted seat, 18" seat height. They pair with the Tosca 47" round table (TB-004RF) to seat four. Armless chairs tuck fully under the table, a good choice for compact patios.

Is the Tosca Sonoma set the most compact Tosca dining set?

Yes, among the Tosca 5-piece sets, the Sonoma version has the smallest listed footprint at 93" by 93", compared with 108" by 108" for the armchair sets, and it is the lightest at 165 lb. That makes it a good fit for smaller patios or indoor dining nooks. Allow walkway space around the listed footprint.

Can the Tosca Sonoma dining set be used indoors?

Yes, the Tosca Sonoma set is suitable for indoor or outdoor dining and is described as outdoor weather resistant. It is kiln-dried A-grade solid teak with mortise and tenon construction and a natural, smooth, well-sanded finish. Indoors it keeps its honey golden brown color longer; outdoors it weathers to silver-gray unless oiled. Assembly is required; cushions are not included.
