Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Saratoga Teak Dining Chair: What to Know Before You Buy

Is the Anderson Teak Saratoga Dining Chair a good fit for a small dining table?

Yes, the Saratoga Dining Chair (CHD-2024) is compact at just 16" wide and 20" deep, so you can fit more chairs around a smaller table or a narrow balcony. It stands 37" high and has an estimated weight capacity of 250 lb for one person. Allow about 20" of table edge per chair for comfortable spacing.

Will the Saratoga Dining Chair weather outdoors?

The Saratoga Dining Chair is honey golden brown teak treated with a water-based sealer and made using a kiln-dry process. It is suitable for outdoor dining, and the sealer adds surface protection, though sun and rain can gradually lighten teak toward silver-gray. Wash with mild soap and a soft brush and reapply a sealer to maintain the color.

Does the Saratoga Dining Chair include a cushion, and does it need assembly?

No cushion is included; optional cushions are available separately in the listed Sunbrella fabric colors. The Saratoga Dining Chair requires assembly and weighs 25 lb. It ships by small parcel to your door, is made in Indonesia and is covered by a 2-year warranty. Inspect the carton on arrival and keep the packaging until the chair is assembled.
