Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Riviera 72" Teak Daybed DS-610: Questions Before You Order

How big is the Anderson Teak Riviera 72 inch Daybed, and is it long enough to lie on?

The Riviera 72 Inch Daybed (DS-610) measures 72" wide, 29" deep and 11" high, with a 17" seat height with the included cushion. It is listed to seat two people. At 72" long, a shorter adult may be able to stretch out, but it is designed primarily as low two-person seating rather than a full-length chaise, so check the length against your height.

Riviera 72" vs 60" Daybed: which size should I choose?

Choose the Riviera 72 Inch Daybed if you want more room to spread out; it is 12" longer than the 60" version (DS-609), with the same 29" depth, 11" frame height and 17" cushioned seat height. It weighs 60 lb versus 55 lb. The 60" version fits tighter spots such as a small porch or the end of a bed, while both seat two.

Can the Riviera 72" Daybed stay outside, and is it easy to assemble?

Yes, the Riviera 72 Inch Daybed is suitable for indoor or outdoor residential and commercial use. It is made from kiln-dried, A-grade teak with a well-sanded natural finish that weathers to silver-gray outdoors unless oiled. It arrives in a flat carton box for straightforward assembly, and it ships by LTL freight curbside by appointment. One cushion is included.
