Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Palermo Rectangular Teak Coffee Table: Before You Buy

Is the Anderson Teak Palermo Rectangular Coffee Table the right height for deep seating?

Yes, the Palermo Rectangular Coffee Table (DS-325) stands 15.5" high, just under the 16" cushioned seat height of the Palermo armchairs, loveseat and sofa, so it sits at a comfortable reach from deep seating. The top measures 48" wide by 31.5" deep, a broad surface for drinks, trays and books in the middle of a sofa-and-chairs arrangement.

Can the Palermo coffee table stay outside, and how do I maintain it?

Yes, the Palermo Rectangular Coffee Table is made from kiln-dried, A-grade solid teak and suits outdoor or indoor use. Teak's natural oils resist rot and insects. Left outdoors untreated, the honey golden brown top weathers to silver-gray over months, which is cosmetic. To keep the golden color, clean with mild soap and a soft brush, let it dry and apply teak oil or sealer; avoid high-pressure washing.

Does the Palermo Rectangular Coffee Table require assembly?

Yes, the Palermo Rectangular Coffee Table requires assembly, and the package includes one table. It weighs about 30 lb, so one person can set it up, and it is listed to ship by small parcel to your door. It is covered by Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty; small end-grain checks and natural color variation are normal for teak and not defects.
