Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Padua Teak & Wicker Dining Chair: Questions Before You Buy

Is the Anderson Teak Padua Dining Chair weather resistant for outdoor dining?

Yes, the Padua Dining Chair (CHD-676) is rated outdoor weather resistant. It combines an A-grade solid teak frame with polyrod wicker woven into the seat and back. Teak's natural oils help it resist rot, and it will weather from honey golden brown to silver-gray unless oiled or sealed. Clean the teak and wicker with mild soap, water and a soft brush rather than a pressure washer.

Will the Padua Dining Chair work with a standard dining table?

Yes, the Padua Dining Chair has an 18" seat height, a standard height for 30"-high dining tables such as the Padua Triangle Table. The chair measures 22" wide, 26" deep and 32" high, so allow about 22" of table edge per chair plus space behind it to pull out. It weighs about 21 lb, light enough to move easily.

Does the Padua Dining Chair come with a cushion, and is it assembled?

No cushion is included with the Padua Dining Chair; the teak and polyrod wicker seat is designed to be used as is. The chair requires assembly and is supplied as one Padua dining chair, so order the number you need for your table. It ships by small parcel to your door. Anderson Teak backs it with a 2-year limited residential warranty against manufacturing defects.
