• In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment and product availability are confirmed.

• Estimated delivery within the contiguous United States is typically 7–14 business days from order confirmation.

• After dispatch, estimated carrier transit time is approximately 4–10 business days, depending on the destination, shipment size, carrier, and delivery schedule.

• Large furniture orders may be shipped by freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

• Tracking information or a freight reference number will be provided when available.

• Custom cushions are made to order and generally require approximately three weeks of production time before shipment.

• Custom furniture, special-order products, temporarily unavailable items, and commercial orders may require additional production or handling time. Chic Home Deco will communicate the applicable estimate when necessary.

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, product availability, delivery appointments, and circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

• Standard delivery service does not include assembly, installation, placement inside the property, or removal of packaging unless these services are specifically confirmed in writing by Chic Home Deco.

• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or locations outside the contiguous United States require prior confirmation and may involve additional charges or longer delivery times.

When you purchase this product from Chic Home Deco, our team remains your first point of contact before and after delivery. As an authorized Anderson Teak retailer, we help coordinate eligible manufacturer warranty requests, missing-part cases, and freight-damage claims on your behalf.

This product is protected by the applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty for the original retail purchaser. Warranty periods and coverage vary according to the specific model, product category, and residential or commercial use.

The manufacturer reviews each claim and determines eligibility and the appropriate remedy under the warranty applicable to the purchased product. This notice does not create an additional Chic Home Deco warranty or expand the manufacturer’s coverage.

WHAT THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY GENERALLY COVERS

• Verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period

• Repair or replacement of an eligible defective component

• Replacement with an equivalent product when appropriate and approved by the manufacturer

A valid Chic Home Deco proof of purchase is required. Photographs, the product SKU, order information, and other supporting documentation may also be requested.

Labor, packing, shipping, and transportation expenses are not automatically included. The customer may be responsible for some of these costs depending on the product, timing, and applicable warranty terms.

NATURAL MATERIALS AND NORMAL CHARACTERISTICS

Natural variations are part of the character of genuine wood and other natural materials. The following are generally not considered manufacturing defects:

• Natural differences in wood grain, texture, knots, or color

• Small end-grain checks or hairline cracks that naturally occur in solid wood

• Natural aging of teak or weathering to a silver-gray patina

• Normal wear, gradual cushion softening, or expected fabric fading

• Minor variations in handmade, stone, woven, painted, or natural-material products

Warranty coverage generally excludes damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, standing water, pressure washing, freezing conditions, harsh chemicals, unauthorized finishes or treatments, coastal exposure, wind, extreme weather, accidents, or modifications made after delivery.

PROTECT YOUR DELIVERY

Please inspect every carton, pallet, and product before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading.

• Photograph the shipment before moving or unpacking it if damage is visible

• Write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt when visible damage is present

• Write “PENDING INSPECTION” if the driver cannot wait for a complete inspection

• Keep the signed delivery receipt, cartons, pallet, labels, wrapping, and packaging materials

• Photograph the complete product, affected area, packaging, and shipping label

• Contact Chic Home Deco immediately after discovering visible or concealed damage

Signing for a freight delivery without noting visible damage may affect the carrier’s acceptance of a freight claim.

Do not repair, alter, discard, or return damaged merchandise before receiving written instructions from Chic Home Deco.

HOW CHIC HOME DECO SUPPORTS YOUR CLAIM

Contact our customer support team first and provide:

• Your Chic Home Deco order number

• The product SKU

• A clear description of the issue

• Photographs of the complete product and affected area

• Photographs of the carton, packaging, label, and pallet when applicable

• A copy or photograph of the signed delivery receipt or bill of lading

Our team will review the documentation and coordinate the request with the manufacturer or freight carrier as appropriate.

Reporting an issue does not automatically authorize a return, refund, repair, or replacement. Please wait for written instructions and any required return authorization before taking further action.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY AND RETURN INFORMATION

Warranty requests, freight-damage claims, and voluntary returns are separate processes. Returns remain subject to the Chic Home Deco Return & Refund Policy, including any conditions applicable to assembled, used, custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products.
