Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Kidney Curve Teak Coffee Table: Size, Pairing & Assembly

What seating pairs with the Anderson Teak Kidney coffee table?

The Kidney coffee table is designed for the Curve collection, including the Curve Bench and Curve Armchair, and suits other low or deep seating. Its 20" height is higher than many coffee tables, and its peanut shape is 47" wide by 22" deep. Check that the 20" height suits your seat height before ordering.

How does the Kidney teak table weather outdoors?

The Kidney table is teak with a smooth, natural honey golden brown finish. Teak's natural oils help it resist rot and insects. Outdoors, it weathers to silver-gray unless you oil or seal it. Clean with mild soap and a soft brush. The honey golden brown tone can be maintained with teak oil or sealer.

Does the Kidney coffee table need assembly?

Yes, the Kidney coffee table requires assembly, and it ships as a small parcel to your door. It is covered by Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty. Assembly is typically simple for a table this size. Inspect the carton when it arrives and keep the packaging until you have checked the table. Small end-grain checks and natural grain variation in teak are normal and not defects.
