Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Junus Teak Lounge Armchair: Size, Seat Height & Cushion

How big is the Anderson Teak Junus lounge armchair?

The Junus lounge armchair is 34" wide by 33" deep by 24" high, a roomy single seat for a lounge area or covered patio. It arrives fully assembled. Its 24" height gives a low, open profile, and the frame is A-grade teak with synthetic rattan webbing in a circular motif. It pairs with the Junus 3-seat sofa and 14.5"-high Junus coffee table, and it ships by LTL freight, curbside by appointment.

How low is the Junus lounge chair seat?

The Junus lounge chair has a low, relaxed seat: 9.5" high without the cushion and 16.5" with its included 6"-thick Sunbrella cushion. That is great for lounging but lower than a standard chair, so consider guests who find low seats hard to rise from. Custom cushion colors are made to order, taking about 3 weeks.

Can the Junus lounge armchair stay outdoors?

Yes, the Junus lounge armchair is listed as outdoor weather resistant. It combines A-grade teak with synthetic rattan webbing in a circular open-weave motif. The teak weathers to silver-gray unless oiled or sealed. QuickShip and custom Sunbrella cushion colors are available. Store the cushion indoors during long wet spells.
