Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Junus Teak Dining Armchair: Size, Cushion & Table Fit

Will the Anderson Teak Junus dining armchair fit under my table?

The Junus dining armchair's arms are 27" high, so check that your table's apron or underside clears 27" if you want to push the chair in. The chair measures 23" wide by 23" deep, and it pairs with the 30"-high Junus dining tables. The seat height with the cushion is 17".

Is a cushion included with the Junus dining armchair?

Yes, the Junus dining armchair includes one 2.5"-thick Sunbrella cushion. The frame is A-grade teak with synthetic rattan webbing in a honey golden brown natural finish, designed for outdoor dining. Store the cushion indoors during long wet spells. The chair is designed as part of the Junus dining collection, sold on its own so you can buy the exact number you need. Custom cushion colors are made to order, taking about 3 weeks.

Does the Junus dining armchair need assembly?

No, the Junus dining armchair arrives fully assembled. It weighs 25 lb, yet it ships by LTL freight with curbside delivery by appointment. It is covered by Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty. Outdoors, the teak weathers to silver-gray over several months unless you oil or seal it; the synthetic rattan webbing needs only a rinse or wipe. Inspect it before signing for delivery.
