Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Junus Teak Coffee Table: Size, Height & Assembly FAQs

Is the Anderson Teak Junus coffee table the right height for the Junus sofa?

Yes, the Junus coffee table is 14.5" high, which suits the low Junus sofa and lounge chairs with their 16.5" cushioned seat height. It is 62" wide by 33.5" deep, a broad surface in front of the 96" Junus sofa. The table weighs 112 lb. Its size leaves room for trays, drinks and decor across the whole sofa length.

How does the Junus coffee table hold up outdoors?

The Junus coffee table is solid A-grade teak with large, wide slats and a smooth, natural finish. Teak's natural oils help it resist rot and insects. Outdoors, the honey golden brown tone weathers to silver-gray unless you oil or seal it. Clean with mild soap and a soft brush.

Does the Junus coffee table need assembly?

Yes, the Junus coffee table requires some assembly. At 112 lb it ships by LTL freight with curbside delivery by appointment, so plan for two people. It is covered by Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty. Inspect the slats before signing, and remember that small end-grain checks and natural grain variation in teak are normal, not defects.
