Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Granada Teak Deep Seating Loveseat: Fit, Cushions & Assembly

Will the Anderson Teak Granada teak loveseat fit a small patio?

Yes, the Granada teak loveseat seats two at 59" wide, 28.75" deep and 26" high, which fits smaller patios and balconies better than the 71" Granada sofa. Leave about a walkway's width in front for a coffee table. The seat height with the included cushion is 18".

What cushions come with the Granada teak loveseat?

The Granada teak loveseat includes an 8"-thick Sunbrella cushion and throw pillows. Sunbrella fabric is outdoor water repellent and designed to help prevent mildew and fading. Custom cushions in other colors are made to order, taking about 3 weeks. Store cushions indoors during long wet periods to keep them fresh.

Does the Granada teak loveseat need assembly, and how does the teak age?

Yes, the Granada teak loveseat requires assembly and ships by LTL freight, curbside by appointment. Its A-grade solid teak is smooth sanded with a natural finish; outdoors it gradually weathers to silver-gray unless oiled or sealed. Clean with mild soap and a soft brush, and avoid high-pressure washing.
