Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Granada Teak Deep Seating Armchair: Comfort, Cushion & Care

How deep and comfortable is the Anderson Teak Granada teak armchair?

The Granada teak armchair is a deep seating chair measuring 28.75" wide by 28.75" deep by 26" high. It comes with an 8"-thick Sunbrella cushion and throw pillows, giving an 18" seat height with the cushion. The solid teak frame weighs 42 lb, sturdy but still easy to reposition.

Will the Granada armchair's Sunbrella cushion survive outdoor use?

The Granada armchair's Sunbrella fabric is water repellent and designed to help prevent mildew and fading, so it handles outdoor use well. Still, bring cushions in or cover them during long rainy periods so the fill can dry. The A-grade teak frame will weather to silver-gray outdoors unless you oil or seal it.

Does the Granada teak armchair need assembly?

Yes, the Granada teak armchair requires assembly. It ships by LTL freight with curbside delivery by appointment. If you want metal instead of teak and no assembly, the Granada aluminum armchair has the same 28.75" footprint with a 10.5" cushion and arrives assembled. The teak chair carries a 2-year warranty.
